The SAS EOF Mentoring Program provides students an opportunity to participate in a one-on-one relationship with a caring graduate of the program for a time period mutually upon by both. The Mentoring Program provides alumni with the following opportunities:
- Give back and pay it forward
- Improve coaching and leadership skills
- Help the next generation of Rutgers University 1st generation college students
- Receive mentoring professional development
This experience provides students an opportunity to shadow a program graduate in a professional setting during the Winter or Spring Break.
This experience provides students the opportunity to gain experience in their field of interest while working closely with an EOF graduate. Experiences can take place during the summer or either semester and may be paid or unpaid.
Summer Employment Opportunities
This experience provides students full-time summer or part time employment opportunities for the fall and/or spring semesters working for or with an EOF graduate.
