Mrs. Berkeley earned a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from the Rutgers Graduate School of Education. While working at Rutgers, she has been an advisor to students pursuing science majors, a resident counselor for Douglass College, an Upward Bound counselor, a study skills instructor, an academic program coordinator, a First Year Retention and Dismissal Advisor, a transfer seminar instructor, and now a primary advisor for the First Year EOF RBS students. As the manager of the Livingston Campus site, she continues to support counselors in providing holistic advising that leads to student success. Among her SAS EOF program responsibilities are to cultivate collaboration with various campus departments including the Rutgers Business School, Career Exploration and Success, Counseling, Alcohol and Other Drug Assistance Program & Psychiatric Services (CAPS), Dean of Students, Disability Services, Learning Centers and Residence  Life as the program’s contact liaison.  She is passionate in providing students resources and support in the area of maintaining and strengthening mental health and career development.
