Patricia Paniagua is a proud EOF alum and has been part of the Essex County College EOF Program since 2006. She holds a master's degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Organizational Management & Leadership from New Jersey City University. Ms. Paniagua brings a wealth of knowledge as a former EOF staff member and is excited to continue to be part of the EOF Program at Rutgers University. Through time, Ms. Paniagua held several positions in the EOF program with many supervisory responsibilities. As EOF Program Coordinator, she developed several initiatives to increase recruitment, retention, persistence, and graduation rates. As part of the EOF Leadership team, she assisted the EOF Directors with budgets, expenditure reports, internal, and state annual reports. Ms. Paniagua is looking forward to her new role and being part of the EOF Rutgers family!
