Mrs. Nancy Capasso-Lee holds a B.A. in French and a M.A. in Counseling from Rider University. Her interest in working with the college population began when she worked as a Residence Hall Director. She has served 16 years in student affairs working in various departments including Residence Life, Enrollment Services and the Educational Opportunity Program. She has also served as an advisor for various Greek and Non-Greek organizations. She is a proud EOF Alumni whose goal is to help all EOF students become passionate about achieving personal success and giving back to the communities that served them.
