Mr. Budet holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Puerto Rico. He has Master's degrees in Student Personnel Services from the College of New Jersey and in Educational Psychology, with a concentration in Learning, Cognition and Development, from Rutgers University. Mr. Budet is the Associate Director for the School of Arts & Sciences Educational Opportunity Fund Program. He also held the position of Associate University Administrator for EOF programs at Rutgers for over 25 years. He is an experienced team member, manager and university administrator with a clear understanding of the challenges facing today’s educational pipeline
