Amy Diamond-Rodriguez is a first-generation college student who participated in New Jersey's Educational Opportunity Fund Program as an undergraduate at Rutgers University. She has worked for the past 4 and a half years at Rutgers University-Newark, in the NJ-STEP College program, where she most recently served as an Academic Counselor for students inside two of New Jersey's prison facilities. Mrs. Diamond-Rodriguez is a two-time graduate of Rutgers University. She has a joint Bachelor's degree in Women & Gender Studies and Information Technology, with a minor in Social Justice, and a Master’s degree in Criminal Justice. Mrs. Diamond-Rodriguez has experience with supervision, academic advising, student support, programming and preparing educational plans, and is excited to join the team at the School of Arts and Sciences Educational Opportunity Program
