Mr. Rodriguez earned his bachelor's degree in Graphic Design at Montclair State University while being a student worker at the Center for Student Involvement. He began his higher education career at Georgian Court University as an admissions counselor, serving as a liaison to the EOF program. Prior to joining Rutgers-School of Arts and Sciences, Miguel worked as an EOF Counselor at Caldwell University. He recently earned his MA in Higher Education with a concentration on Educational Leadership at (please insert the name of the institution). During this time, he was responsible for recruitment, caseload management, event planning, and assisted with financial aid matters. He also served as a student advocate on a presidential task force for racial equity. He is passionate about working with first-generation college students and believes that it is his responsibility to be a walking testament of hope to his students. Mr. Rodriguez is excited to continue to serve the EOF community in his role as Senior EOF Counselor on the College Avenue Campus.

Tevin King is an EOF Alum who graduated from Rowan University with a bachelor's degree in Applied Sociology.  While there, he worked in the Student Center and was a member of the NAACP executive board. He later returned to achieve his master's degree in Counseling in Educational Settings. Prior to joining Rutgers School of Arts and Sciences, Mr. King worked at Rowan University Osteopathic Medicine as a Program Administrator for the Department of Geriatrics. EOF has been a vital part of Tevin’s life and he looks forward to working with the staff and students once again. He is excited to continue to serve the EOF population in his new role as Senior EOF Counselor on the College Avenue Campus. His office can be found in Milledoler Hall Room 10C.

Amy Diamond-Rodriguez is a first-generation college student who participated in New Jersey's Educational Opportunity Fund Program as an undergraduate at Rutgers University. She has worked for the past 4 and a half years at Rutgers University-Newark, in the NJ-STEP College program, where she most recently served as an Academic Counselor for students inside two of New Jersey's prison facilities. Mrs. Diamond-Rodriguez is a two-time graduate of Rutgers University. She has a joint Bachelor's degree in Women & Gender Studies and Information Technology, with a minor in Social Justice, and a Master’s degree in Criminal Justice. Mrs. Diamond-Rodriguez has experience with supervision, academic advising, student support, programming and preparing educational plans, and is excited to join the team at the School of Arts and Sciences Educational Opportunity Program

Mr. Michael Chue is a first-generation college student originally from New York City. He is a two-time Rutgers graduate, receiving a Bachelor of Arts  degree in Psychology and a Masters of Education degree in Counseling Psychology. He was previously a First Year Retention Advisor and an Academic Coach at the  Rutgers Learning Centers. Most recently, Mr. Chue worked at Ocean County College as an Academic Advisor. Mr. Chue has a passion for helping students who are struggling academically and adjusting to college life.

Ms. Agosto is a proud graduate/product of the EOF Program. She was a Rutgers College EOF student and continued with the grant through graduate school. She received her MSW from the School of Social Work. Her focus has been admissions and financial aid. She assists with on-site interviews to different high schools and helps students with their financial aid package. She has been with the EOF Program for twenty-five years now and enjoys the success of her current and former students.
